Not only can the driver who used the cell phone, but innocent people also lose their life because of the accidents developed out of the driving with a cell phone. In other words, the consequences of rash driving are affecting both the driver and the innocent people. The driver who uses cell phones can argue that he is ready to accept the consequences; however, he cannot compensate others if they lose their lives because of irresponsible driving. There is nothing wrong in using the cell phones while driving a vehicle. But, if it is essential, the driver should park the vehicle somewhere before using the phones. Even if he failed to attend an incoming call while driving, he can call back the person and after parking the vehicle. â€Å"Using a cell phone while driving is as dangerous as driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08- the point at which drivers are considered intoxicated in most U.S. states†(Bauer). Many people believe that using cell phones while driving has nothing to do with the driving prowess of the driver. They are unaware of the fact that driving requires more than 1005 concentration. The coordination of hands, legs, and the brain is important for safe driving. Cell phone usages while driving will force the driver to give some attention to the words of the person on the other end of the phone.
